2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after the project has commenced.
  • Delays caused by client action or inaction, including delays in providing required information or approvals.
  • Requests for additional features or services not included in the original project scope.
  • Partial completion of work, where the work delivered meets the agreed-upon milestones.

3. Refund Process

  • Resolution: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Partial Refunds

In cases where a partial refund is deemed appropriate, Xlen reserves the right to determine the amount based on the work completed and delivered up to the point of the refund request.
